Paul Wezenberg

Paul Wezenberg (NL,1952) was educated at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. He has long worked as an interior architect, both in design and implementation. In addition, he has advised a lot on design furniture and home accessories from designers from the United States, Italy and Scandinavia. From the late 90s, in addition to advising, he also devoted himself to collecting post-war Dutch visual art.

His education, his experience in the design world and the countless works of art that have passed through his hands inspired him to start making work himself ten years ago. Especially geometric reliefs. Collages and assemblages from basic shapes to complete works of cardboard, paper and MDF. Often staggered white surfaces that play with light, but also works that are colorfully colored.
